ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Tropical Depression Two-C is forecast to bring periods of heavy rain to the Big Island from late Saturday night through Monday afternoon. Rainfall totals of 5 to 10 inches, locally up to 15 inches, are possible on windward and southeast Big Island. It will not take a significant amount of rain to cause flash flooding due to saturated grounds from recent heavy rains.
