- At 153 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over central Oahu. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inch per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Honolulu, Waipio, Kunia, Wheeler Field, Mililani, Waikele, Schofield Barracks, Waipahu, Wahiawa, Pearl City, Makakilo and Kapolei.
