Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inch per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Honolulu, Waipio, Kunia, Wheeler Field, Mililani, Waikele, Schofield Barracks, Waipahu, Wahiawa, Pearl City, Makakilo and Kapolei.
