An intensifying monsoon surge along the southern peripheries of a developing trough axis stretching from TY Saudel southwestward, is expected to continue to enhance a disturbance just west of Yap. This will continue to bring persistently fresh to strong west to southwesterlies to much of western Micronesia the next several days.
