At 220 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles east of Ganado to 25 miles southeast of Matagorda. Movement was east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Matagorda, Bay City, El Campo, Wharton, Palacios, South Texas Nuclear Plant, La Ward, Sargent, Pierce, Blessing, Markham, Van Vleck, Midfield, Wadsworth, and Danevang.
