Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Frisco, Portsmouth Village, Ocracoke Light House, Hatteras Ferry Terminal, Ocracoke Ferry Terminal, and Ocracoke Lighthouse.
