- At 126 AM HST, radar indicated heavy rain over east Maui. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 3 inches per hour with the heaviest rain upslope of Hana, Hamoa and Kipahulu. Additional heavy showers are expected to continue through the morning hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hana, Hamoa and Kipahulu.
